USA Basketball will bring three former college basketball stars and one current NCAA player to Paris to defend their gold medal in women’s 3×3 basketball at the 2024 Olympics.
The five players represent Stanford, TCU, Tennessee, Kentucky and Wake Forest
Jennifer Rizzotti, president of the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun, will serve as the head coach, and she will be assisted by Tammi Reiss. Rizzotti played at UConn and was previously the head coach at Hartford and George Washington. Reiss was a four-year star at Virginia and is now the head coach at Rhode Island.

Cameron Brink suffered an injury during the 2024 WNBA regular season that led to her Los Angeles Sparks teammate Dearica Hamby replacing her on the Olympic 3×3 roster.

Brink’s dominant college career led to her being selected with the No. 2 pick of the 2024 WNBA draft. In college, Brink won a national championship in 2021, was a three-time All-American and the 2024 national defensive player of the year.

Hailey Van Lith
Van Lith transferred to TCU prior to the 2024-25 season. She played the first three seasons of her career at Louisville, where she was honored as first-team All-ACC twice. Van Lith then transferred to LSU, where she played one season for Kim Mulkey before announcing plans to transfer to TCU.

Dearica Hamby
Hamby capped off her four-year career at Wake Forest as the school’s all-time leading scorer (1,801 points) and rebounder (1,021 rebounds). A weapon on both ends of the court, Hamby had a historic junior season; in 31 games, she led the ACC in both scoring and rebounding with 22 points and 11 boards per game. Her senior season saw similar stat lines as she averaged 20.3 PPG and 10.7 RPG, before Hamby got drafted sixth in the WBNA Draft in 2015.
Hamby has helped lead the USA 3×3 team to the 2023 Americup title, winning tournament MVP honors.
