Harlequins have confirmed that coach Toby Booth will depart from his consultancy role at the end of the current campaign.
The former Ospreys head coach joined the London outfit in September 2025 as forwards consultant on a season-long basis.
Booth will see out his commitment to Quins before turning his attention to a coaching role with Rugby World Cup 2027 qualifiers Hong Kong China.
“Harlequins is a great club with rich history. It has strong roots and a loyal supporter base, things I have always championed and believed in,” Booth told the club website., external
“I jumped at the chance to come back, even just for a short spell.
“Despite the recent frustrations I am sure the good times are just around the corner, I will enjoy watching the team’s progress from Hong Kong.”
Booth worked as director of rugby with London Irish before spells as first-team coach with Bath and assistant coach at Quins, before joining Ospreys, who he guided to the United Rugby Championship play-offs in the 2023-24 season.
Quins have struggled this season, winning just two games from 11 in The Prem. They sit just one place off the foot of the table.
