Bihar Election Results 2025 Live Updates: Bihar is all set for counting day, slated to be held on Thursday, November 14. Earlier on November 11 (Tuesday), the state scripted history by registering a voter turnout of 67.13 per cent. This was the highest in Bihar since 1951, according to the Election Commission of India (ECI). While 62.98 per cent male voters cast their ballots, it was the women at 71.78 per cent who set yet another record in Bihar. Since no discrepancy or malpractice was found, the ECI has not ordered re-polling at any of the 90,740 booths in Bihar.
NDA vs MGB — What Exit Polls Say: While all Exit Polls have predicted a comfortable victory for the National Democratic Alliance (NDA), Axis My India has predicted the NDA to win by a narrow margin with 121 to 141 seats, Mahagathbandhan (MGB) 98 to 118, and JSP 0 to 2 seats. Today’s Chanakya has projected a major victory for the BJP with 160 seats, RJD 77 and Others six seats. On Tuesday, nine exit polls also projected the NDA to win with around 147 seats in the 243-member Assembly.

Both camps confident: While initially it was the massive voter turnout, later, even the Exit Polls couldn’t dampen the confidence of the two camps. While the NDA constituents have already begun basking in glory of a possible victory based on the Exit Poll results, the MGB parties have rejected them. Meanwhile, Jan Suraaj Party chief Prashant Kishor called the Exit Polls “fake” and said he is confident that Bihar is headed towards a historic change.
