According to the Met Office, London’s weather is expected to be quite hot with almost no rain forecast for the five-day encounter from July 10 to 14. The temperatures will range between 17 degrees Celsius and is expected to shoot up to as high as 32 degrees Celsius. The wind speeds will range from 10 km/hour and the humidity will stay around 84 per cent.

Unlike the two placid surfaces which were on offer at Headingley and Edgbaston, the Lord’s strip is expected to assist seam bowlers.
