Indian Railways, Amrit Bharat Express Train: Indian Railways (IR) is introducing new Amrit Bharat Express train connecting Bihar and Delhi today. This will be the eighth such train being introduced in the state since 2023. The train will run between Gaya and Delhi. The Amrit Bharat Express train is meant for low-income and middle-class families.

Today, the train number 03621 Gaya-Delhi Amrit Bharat Inauguration Special will leave Gaya Jn. at 10.50 hrs, Anugrah Narayan Road at 11.40 hrs, Dehri on Sone at 12.10 hrs, Sasaram at 12.35 hrs, Bhabua Road at 13.20 hrs, DDU at 14.10 hrs, Subedarganj at 17.20 hrs, Govindpuri at 20.15 hrs, Tundla at 23.30 hrs, will reach Delhi at 04.30 hrs, stopping at Ghaziabad at 02.55 hrs the next day.

During its journey between Gaya and Delhi, the Amrit Bharat train will stop at nine railway stations. These are: Anugraha N Road, Dehri on Sone, Sasaram, Bhabua Road, DD Upadhyaya Junction, Subedarganj, Govindpuri, Tundla Junction and Ghaziabad.
Gaya to Delhi Amrit Bharat Express: Frequency, Speed, Coach Composition
The Gaya to Delhi Amrit Bharat Express will run twice a week. Train numbers 13697/13698 Delhi-Gaya-Delhi Amrit Bharat Express will be operated regularly from Gaya Junction on every Sunday and Thursday of the week and from Delhi on every Monday and Friday of the week. This train will have a total of 22 coaches including 8 coaches of sleeper class, 11 coaches of general class, 1 coach of pantry car and 2 coaches of SLR. The train can run at a maximum speed of 130 kmph.

The Gaya to Delhi Amrit Bharat Express train will have Sleeper Class and General Class coaches. To travel in Sleeper Class coaches between Gaya and Delhi Junction, the ticket price is Rs 560.
