The Supreme Court Monday stayed proceedings against Congress MP Rahul Gandhi over his remarks about Indian army during his Bharat Jodo Yatra.
The bench, comprising Justice Dipankar Datta and Justice AG Masih rapped the Congress leader, saying, “You are Leader of Opposition; say things in Parliament, not on social media.”
