CARMEL, CA – August 2, 2025 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Bonhams|Cars will offer an exceptional collection of 24 modern vehicles at The Quail Auction during Monterey Car Week on Friday August 15. The Future Classics Collection, valued at over $30 million, features some of the most exclusive and sought-after vehicles of the modern era, representing elite marques such as Bugatti, Pagani, Apollo, and Koenigsegg. Encompassing limited-edition, low-mileage hypercars, many of which are being publicly offered for the first time, this collection will be sold entirely without reserve – providing a rare opportunity for collectors to acquire these automotive masterpieces.
2020 Bugatti Divo, estimated at $7,000,000 – 9,000,000, without reserve.
A standout lot within the collection, and the headliner in the sale, includes the striking and modern 2020 Bugatti Divo. Estimated at $7,000,000 – 9,000,000, without reserve, this Divo is the first one ever to be offered at a public auction. Representing a rare and focused expression of modern hypercar engineering, the 2020 Bugatti Divo has fewer than 800 miles from new and was one of the stars of the recent exhibition ‘Hypercars: The Allure of the Extreme’ at the Petersen Museum, a showcase of one of the ultimate expressions of the word ‘hypercar’. Alongside the Divo, two other Bugattis will also be offered within in the sale, including the 2021 Bugatti Chiron Pur Sport, estimated at $3,750,000 – 4,250,000, without reserve, and the 2023 Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, estimated at $3,500,000 – 4,500,000, without reserve.
2017 Pagani Huayra Roadster, estimated at $3,200,000 – 3,600,000, without reserve.
Alongside the Bugattis, another standout in the collection is the 2017 Pagani Huayra Roadster. With just over 800 miles on the clock and estimated at $3,200,000 – 3,600,000, without reserve, this hypercar is not only one of the most exclusive of its era – it’s also a piece of Pagani history. Personally selected by Horacio Pagani to represent the marque at the 2018 Geneva Motor Show, this hypercar served as the factory’s official show car, making it one of the most visually and technically important examples of the Huayra Roadster ever produced. The collection also boasts another Pagani: a 2022 Huayra R, estimated at $2,800,000 – 3,400,000, without reserve.
2022 Apollo Intensa Emozione “Ocean Dragon,” estimated at $2,500,000 – 3,500,000, without reserve.
Rounding out major collection highlights is the 2022 Apollo Intensa Emozione “Ocean Dragon.” With only ten examples produced worldwide – and just four in the U.S. – this Apollo is among the rarest hypercars of its kind and is the first Apollo to ever be offered publicly at auction, and is estimated at $2,500,000 – 3,500,000, without reserve.
Other highlights in the collection include:
- A 2021 Koenigsegg Regera, with 70 miles showing since new, estimated at $2,250,000 – 3,000,0000, without reserve.
- A unique 2024 Rolls-Royce Spectre, with Mansory customization, estimated at $400,000 – 500,000, without reserve.
- A 2023 Mercedes-Maybach S680 Virgil Abloh Edition, first to ever be offered publicly, estimated at $275,000 – 350,000, without reserve.
