Matteo Arnaldi scored a stunning upset over Novak Djokovic this week, and he did it in style. The Italian started the season with a new apparel sponsor in EA7, the ‘sporty’ extension of Giorgio Armani, and his stylish burgundy and black stood out from the pack in Madrid.

“Definitely for an Italian brand, even more so Armani that is one of the biggest important brands in Italy, it’s a privilege,” he told Baseline earlier this year.
“They (are) getting into tennis a lot. There are other players (like Fabio Fognini and Lorenzo Sonego), a lot of Italians. For me, it’s a real pleasure and plus outside the court, it’s very stylish.”
