Ducati announces its new support programme for riders in the 2026 CIV SBK

BORGO PANIGALE – (Bologna, Italy) – April 8,2026 – (Motor Sports NewsWire) – Ducati has announced the launch of a new support programme for riders competing in the 2026 Italian Road Racing Championship’s Superbike category (CIV SBK) on the Panigale V4.

The project builds on the experience gained during the 2025 season, when ten out of twenty riders chose the Borgo Panigale-built superbike for the Production Bike Championship. In that season, Ducati rider and test rider Davide Stirpe clinched the CIV SBK Production title. Overall, the Ducati Superbike secured eight wins and twenty-two podium finishes in 2025, sweeping the podium in Race 2 at Misano and in the Super Pole of the final round at Mugello.

These results have unequivocally confirmed the competitiveness of the Panigale V4 in its standard configuration, convincing even more teams to choose it for the 2026 season. The Borgo Panigale-based manufacturer, which has always regarded racing as the best testing ground for its motorcycles, has therefore decided to support the teams competing in the CIV on the Panigale through a track support programme and dedicated prices on homologated parts.

The 2026 programme includes a dedicated parts service directly in the CIV paddock, managed by specialist staff. This presence will guarantee teams constant, expert assistance during race weekends, ensuring immediate availability of parts directly at the circuit.

Ducati Performance components

Ducati has identified a range of original Ducati Performance components homologated for the SBK category for the 2026 season, which will be made available at prices reserved for registered riders, in compliance with the price caps imposed by the regulations.

The aim of the programme is to support riders competing in the CIV on Panigale V4s directly at the track, and to give everyone access to the components most critical to performance at particularly favourable conditions, whilst ensuring full regulatory compliance.

Selected technical apparel

The same purchase terms will also apply to a selection of Ducati technical apparel, designed to ensure maximum protection both in races and during practice sessions. This range is designed to provide riders with a complete kit that meets the brand’s quality standards.
