Arizona claims the No. 1 spot on Andy Katz’s Power 37 rankings for the second week in a row while Gonzaga cracks the top 10. Here’s how the last week of college basketball shook up the rankings:

1. Arizona (1): The Wildcats continue to roll away from Tucson, beating Alabama in Birmingham.
2. Michigan (2): The Wolverines came back to beat Maryland on the road.
3. Iowa State (3): The Cyclones survived a scare from rival Iowa at home.
4. Duke (4): The Blue Devils had the week off for finals.
5. UConn (5): The Huskies had another stellar week by beating Florida in New York and then Texas at home.
6. Purdue (6): The Boilermakers took down Minnesota and Marquette at home.
7. Michigan State (8): The Spartans got a road Big Ten win at Penn State to move to 2-0.
8. Kansas (10): The Jayhawks won at NC State without a healthy Darryn Peterson.
9. Louisville (9): The Cardinals continue their renewing rivalry tour by beating Memphis.
10. Gonzaga (12): The Zags are looking like a top 10 team yet again after beating UCLA in Seattle.

11. Houston (11): The Cougars are locking teams up again, only giving up 38 to Jackson State and 57 to New Orleans.
12. Alabama (7): The Tide got beat by Arizona in Birmingham but have played one of the toughest schedules.
13. BYU (14): The Cougars got a buzzer-beating win over Clemson in the Jimmy V Classic at Madison Square Garden.
14. Vanderbilt (16): The Commodores remain atop the SEC, undefeated and looking like a real contender.
15. Nebraska (24): The Huskers beat Wisconsin at home and then won at Illinois for the most impressive 2-0 in the Big Ten.
16. North Carolina (17): The Tar Heels are 9-1, flying somewhat under the national radar.
17. Arkansas (18): The Hogs got a gritty neutral-site win over Texas Tech.
18. Illinois (13): The Illini lost at the buzzer to Nebraska at home after winning at Ohio State.
19. Seton Hall (26): Time to give the Pirates the love they deserve. Seton Hall is a bucket away from being undefeated.
20. St. John’s (20): The Red Storm ran past Iona in the second half for their second-straight win and some momentum.
21. Notre Dame (25): The Irish have won four in a row and are quietly looking like a team that could finish in the top half of the ACC.
22. Southern Cal (27): The Trojans righted themselves with a road win at San Diego and a home win over Washington State.
23. Arizona State (28): The Sun Devils came back from 19 down to beat Santa Clara a week after taking down Oklahoma. ASU is going to be a major player in the Big 12.
24. Texas Tech (19): The Red Raiders couldn’t close out Arkansas, but they are clearly a team that few will want to face in the Big 12.
25. Tennessee (15): The Vols are in the midst of a three-game losing streak with a chance to right themselves by beating Louisville.

26. Kentucky (NR): The Wildcats may be back with the win over Indiana. We shall see if it sticks.
27. Miami (35): The Hurricanes are going to be a team to keep an eye on for the rest of the ACC.
28. Cal (33): Mark Madsen has the Bears back and ready to contend in the ACC.
29. Iowa (NR): The Hawkeyes nearly pulled off the upset at Iowa State and are clearly going to be a factor in the Big Ten.
30. Auburn (29): The Tigers took care of Chattanooga before their matchup with Purdue in Indy.
31. Georgia (36): The Bulldogs followed up a win at Florida State with a neutral-site win over Cincinnati.
32. Virginia (34): The Cavaliers have one loss, a neutral to Butler.
33. TCU (30): The Horned Frogs are in the soft part of the schedule, the games that they need to and should win.
34. Ohio State (23): The Buckeyes lost at home to Illinois but then beat West Virginia in Cleveland.
35. Wisconsin (32): The Badgers lost by 30 at Nebraska after crushing Northwestern and Marquette.
36. Washington (NR): The Huskies followed up the road win at USC with a necessary win over Southern Utah. Look out for the Huskies going forward.
37. Boise State (NR): The Broncos beat Saint Mary’s a week after winning at Butler.

Dropped out: Oklahoma State (21), UCLA (22), Florida (31), Saint Mary’s (37).
On the verge: New Mexico, Oklahoma, Xavier, Butler
